$21,000!
The Club's "Choose Your Adventure" online raffle ended at midnight March 31 with a grand total of $18,999. Today's meeting increased the total to $19,000 thanks to Robert and then Roger presented a check for $2,000 from the Laura D. Wanser Foundation to increase our grand total to $21,000...funds which will make next year's service projects possible. Thanks to Carol, her committee, sponsors and everyone who made the raffle an outstanding success.
All Rotarians, sponsors and friends are encouraged to enjoy the Grand Reveal Party on April 6, 4 pm at Dave Bierman's home 600 Jacks Canyon Road. The winners of each of the Eight Great Prizes will be drawn at 5 pm. See you there!
Rotary Week of Service

All individuals passionate about volunteering and serving their community are encouraged to join the Rotarians each day at Manzanita Outreach. Embracing the Rotary motto of "Service Above Self," the four area Rotary clubs aspire to foster a spirit of unity and generosity among participants.

Garden Notes
Our Rotary Community Garden will be the focus of April activity leading up to the Big, Annual Plant Sale on May 4, 9 am to 3 pm. Robert encourages all Club members to show up at the Garden on April 20 at 9am to help prepare the 24 beds for the season. Efforts are underway to prepare heirloom plants ( tomatoes, squash, beans and peppers) for the May 4 Sale.

Miki welcomed Rotarian Julia Pedler from Tuggeranong, Australia. Julia and Miki exchanged club flags. Tuggeranong is a Club chartered in 1988 and is part of Rotary District 9705.
